Ningbo Jiangbei Digital-Controlled Equipment Factory belongs to machine tool industry while its products are mainly used in mold plastics trade, CNC EDM, High Speed Small Hole Drilling EDM, which is a basic industry in manufacturing, a foundation of technical achievements transfer and an important field of high technology, so mold plastics trade is called "magnetic industry" in developed countries in Europe, America, etc.

As a scientific & technological private-owned enterprise founded in 1994, the factory is specialized in research and production of numerical control system and power source of industrial equipment. It sticks to the tenet of "Pursue perfect quality" and the management philosophy of "Credit based" and has got ISO9001:2000 certificate. In addition, it was awarded as "High-tech Enterprise" and "Double-Five Engineering Enterprise".
2. Characteristics
Designed by senior experts with dozens of years in plane grinding machine, our horizontal-axis & rectangular-table plane grinding machine is the newest among counterparts with excellent performance, high precision, strong intensity and long service life. The successfully developed M7132, M7140 and M7150 horizontal-axis & rectangular-table plane grinding machines are tested up to or beyond national GB6469-86\GB5226.1-2002\JB/T3382-2000 and GB4022-83 standards as well as JB/T3382.1-2000, JB/3382.2-2000 and JB1579-1999 trade standards. M7180 series in trial manufacture fill gaps in domestic counterparts.
D71 series electric spark shaping machine(3-shaft digital display and single-shaft numerical control), independently developed by our engineers, are stable, reliable and practical and are well received by vast customers. The numerical control inner-round section cutter won national patent(Patent No.: 962488135) in 1996. The special computer for injection machine(with self-operated property rights) is the best product to replace export.
With high precision and benefit, our products are much favoured by customers at home and abroad and sell well all over the country as well as exported to Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
C. Development
To improve development ability of products, upgrade product level and expand market occupancy ratio, our factory will invest 50 million yuan to enlarge the production scale, recruit talented people, take up technical cooperation and exchange with universities and colleges, and set up our own technical research institute to heighten technological content of our products.
