The comparison test on the dimensional accuracy of single and multi cutting shows multi cutting on fast speed wire cutting machine is helpful for improving working accuracy and economic benefit. 1. pulse parameter:Take high-peak current and wide guiding rule to heavy current cutting for getting higher cutting speed. 2. compensation rate of pole wire center track is low: f = 1/2φd +δ+Δ + S in the formula , f is compensation rate ( mm);δ represent the discharging gap of first cutting ( mm);φd is electric pole wire diameter ( mm); Δis the process redundancy ( mm) for the second cutting;S is the truing allowance ( mm). The unilateral discharging gap is about 0.02mm when cutting at high peak current thick guiding rule;Truing allowance is very low which is only 0.003mm. Process redundancy Δ depends on the surface roughness after first cutting and machine precision, which is about 0.03~0.04mm. So,the compensation rate for first cutting shall be between 0.05 and 0.06mm. Too high value will impact the second cutting speed; too low value will not? eliminate the first cutting trace. 3. wiring mode: high speed wire cutting with the speed of 8~12m /s for maximum working efficiency. (1) pulse parameter:Used of? intermediate guiding rule to ensure the roughness after second cutting is between 1.4 and 1.7μm. (2) compensation rate f:because the second cutting is truing, the discharging gap is quite low, δ is less than 0.01mm; the requirement of processing quality for third cutting is only several micrometer, the sum is about 0.01mm.So,the compensation rate of second cutting f is 1 / 2d+0.01mm. (3)wiring mode: for the purpose of truing, low speed wire mode is adopted with the speed of 1~3m / s and tracking feed rate shall be limited in certain range for eliminating cutting thread and obtaining required dimension precision. (1) pulse parameter:Adopt least pulse width for sleeking; adjust the peak current according to quality requirement of the surface. (2) compensation rate f:Theoretically it shall be the semi-diameter of electric pole wire and discharging gap of 0.003mm.? Actually truing is a kind of electric-spark grinding. The rare process will not change the dimension of the piece. So it can meet the ideal effect if only takes the semi-diameter of pole wire as compensation rate. (3) wiring mode: Low speed wire feeding as the second cutting is acceptable. |
